About Kane County Court Docket

Kane County court dockets are split among the Sixth District Court clerk, county and municipal justice court clerks, and Utah's XChange case-search system. The correct route depends on the court and case type. We organize those official portals, clerk contacts, and request paths so readers can reach the source that actually maintains the record.

Why We Built This Site

Public access is useful only when a reader knows which court holds the case. The Sixth District Court handles Kane County felony, class A misdemeanor, domestic, probate, and general civil matters. Kane County Justice Court and Orderville Municipal Justice Court keep lower-level criminal, traffic, ordinance, and small-claims case histories within their jurisdictions. Utah Courts XChange brings public district and justice case indexes into one search, while court clerks remain the source for certified copies and records that require a written request. This site brings those distinct routes together without treating the Kane County Clerk/Auditor as the court-record custodian.

What You Will Find Here

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Utah court, clerk of court, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Third-party companies operate the search boxes found on some pages. They control their services, results, and prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this privately run resource. We neither set the provider's charges nor determine which records it returns.
